Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely package the unused, original product in its original packaging
- Ship to Us: Send the package to our address:

Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns, but specify the product you’d like to exchange for in your email.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and sustainability reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal Hygiene Products (including deodorant, period care items)
- Oral Hygiene Products (toothbrushes, dental care items)
- Opened Clean Beauty & Makeup Products
- Used or Opened Products of any kind
- Items Damaged by Improper Use

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the incorrect item.
