How to Use

Wear just like regular underwear. Choose the absorbency level that matches your needs:

• Regular absorbency: Perfect for lighter flow days, light bladder leaks, or added protection with other menstrual products.

Rinse in cold water after use, then machine wash on cold and line dry. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach to maintain absorbency.
